Meet your mascot

Meet Lupiko

Lupiko lives on your phone. The more you scroll, the worse Lupiko feels. Put the phone down and Lupiko is sharp and happy again.

Drag the slider to scroll for a while.

Sharp and happy

It’s not your fault

Your apps are built to keep you scrolling

Endless feeds, autoplay, streaks and red badges are designed by very smart people to bring you back. Willpower alone can’t win that fight every day. Lupiko puts a wall between you and the feed at the moments you need it most.

How it works

Three steps to a calmer phone

  1. Answer a few quick questions

Tell Lupiko what you want to change and when you usually lose control: mornings, work hours, evenings or late at night.

  2. Get your personal plan

Lupiko suggests a daily block for your riskiest hours and shows how much time you can win back every day.

  3. Pick your apps. Lupiko guards them.

Choose apps, whole categories or websites with Apple’s app picker. Open one during a block and Lupiko’s block screen gently sends you back to real life.

Features

Everything you need to scroll less. Nothing you don’t.

  • Daily block

Block the apps you choose, when you choose. Same time every day, or all day when you need it.

  • Focus now

Need an hour of deep work? Block your picked apps right away, even outside your daily block.

  • Brain score

One simple number based on your phone habits, with Lupiko showing how you’re doing. A habit score, not a medical test.

  • Your real numbers

Daily average, pickups, where your time goes and how much you saved this week.

  • Private by design

Apple draws your Screen Time numbers on your device. They never reach our servers.

  • In your language

Fully translated into English, German and Lithuanian. It follows your iPhone’s language.

  • Keep your apps

No need to delete anything. Your apps stay, they just can’t ambush you at 1 a.m.

  • No “ignore” button

Lupiko’s block screen has one button: Close app. Getting in means a conscious choice, not a reflex.

Why Lupiko works

  • Deleting apps You reinstall them
  • Willpower alone Runs out by evening
  • Screen Time limits One tap to ignore
  • Lupiko Blocks at the right time, and Lupiko keeps you going

Questions, answered

What is Lupiko?

Lupiko is a screen-time blocker app for iPhone and iPad. It blocks the apps, app categories and websites you choose during your riskiest hours, shows your progress, and has a mascot that feels better the less you scroll.

How does Lupiko block apps?

Lupiko uses Apple’s official Screen Time framework. You pick apps, categories or websites with Apple’s picker. When you open one during a block, you see Lupiko’s block screen instead of the app.

Can Lupiko see which apps I use?

No. Your Screen Time data never leaves your device. Apple draws your usage numbers inside a protected part of iOS, and even the apps you pick are hidden from Lupiko as private tokens.

How is Lupiko different from Apple’s Screen Time?

Screen Time is great for measuring, but its limits can be skipped with one tap. Lupiko builds a block around the hours you lose control, has no “ignore” button on its block screen, adds instant focus sessions, and keeps you motivated with a brain score and a mascot.

Do I have to delete TikTok, Instagram or YouTube?

No. Your apps stay on your phone. Lupiko only blocks the ones you pick, and only during your block times. Calls, messages and everything else keep working.

When can I download Lupiko?

Lupiko is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later.

Which languages does Lupiko speak?

English, German and Lithuanian. The app follows your iPhone’s language automatically.

Is Lupiko available for Android?

Not yet. Lupiko is built for iPhone and iPad first.

Your brain will thank you. So will Lupiko.
